If the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by us, please contact the Carver Industries Returns Department within 30 days of the original shipping date. Call 864-457-5820 before returning product to receive a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#)
Warranty
If there is a defect in the materials or workmanship of an EnduraCOVER RV Cover, manufactured by Carver Industries, for a period of five (5) full years from the original purchase date, Carver Industries will repair or replace (at its discretion) the RV cover free of charge provided the customer prepays freight to and from the factory.
The RV cover warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, or stains from environmental pollution. The RV cover must be properly installed, utilized and maintained. The warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
